What a Cyprus LTD needs.

These responsibilities come with the benefits. We go through them with you before the lawyer and accountant put the arrangements in place.

  • A director

At least one. Where the company is really run from decides where it is taxed.

  • A secretary

Every company has a company secretary.

  • An office in Cyprus

A registered office on the island.

  • Audited accounts

Financial statements every year, checked by an auditor, and the annual return to the registrar.

Coming from Germany? Read this first.

A company run from Germany is taxed in Germany. What counts is where the business is really managed. A Cyprus LTD whose decisions are made in Germany stays taxable there, whatever its registration says.

Your shares can be taxed when you leave. If you hold a share in a company and give up your residence in Germany, Germany can tax the gain on those shares as if you had sold them (exit taxation, § 6 AStG).

So the order matters. Plan the structure with a licensed accountant before you move anything. We introduce you to the ones we trust.

Who does what.

Licensed professionals handle advice that requires a licence. We do the rest ourselves.

  1. The company itself.

    A licensed lawyer
Sets the company up and registers it.
    A licensed accountant
Keeps its books and answers the tax questions.
    Our part
We explain the steps beforehand and introduce you to both. We stay at your side while it runs.
  2. Authorities and forms.

    Registrations
Registrations, forms and dealings with authorities in a company's first months.
    Letters and replies
Correspondence and paperwork, in English or German.
  3. Your workplace.

    Technical fit-out
Mounts, cabling, screens and sound systems in an office, shop or venue.
    Trades and repairs
Renovation, repairs and other jobs around the premises.
  4. The people you need.

    Staff and partners
Through the SRS Community: people who live and work in Cyprus.
    Your team's move
If your people come with you, we go through the move with each of them.
  5. The work you hand over.

    Sales and customers
Calling prospects, advising customers, making sales and looking after your existing customers.
    Marketing
Newsletters and campaigns based on what your own sales figures tell you about your customers.
    Office
Orders, complaints and the paperwork a small company never has time for.

Advice from licensed professionals.

Legal and tax advice comes from licensed lawyers and accountants. We introduce you to the ones we trust.

We learned who to trust the hard way. We started in Cyprus with the wrong lawyers and a bad tax adviser.

What does your company do?

Tell us about your company today, in English or German. Whatever you need, we'll do what we can to make it work. We quote each job on its own. Sometimes introductions and help cost nothing, for example when our two companies agree to work together.
